Easy read doesn't always mean good. It was literally okay. I found it a little long winded and went on a steady decline. If whiny characters irritate you do not read this book. Central theme was intersting but could have been presented in a more reader friendly fashion. If you want to feel better about your life or need a swift kick in the ass to take some action this may nudge you in the right direction.

i've read this book 3 times and each time i come away with something new and a renewed sense of self. i realize that this might not be for everyone but if i could make everyone i know read it and somehow get them to love this book as much as i do then i would glow with ayn happiness

i enjoyed this book alot, but i felt like it was an extension of the fountainhead with several howard roark's in it to strengthen the idea of self happiness. i like the conciese version a little more.
