I read She Doesn't Have A Clue in tandem with the audiobook, narrated by Sarah Mollo-Christiensen.
She Doesn't Have a Clue is such a fun mystery-romcom. While reading it made for an entertaining time, the audiobook really brought the story to life. It felt like listening to a movie. Specifically, a comedy with plenty of laugh out loud moments and second-hand embarrassment. Murder with backstabbing family, an inheritance, ex-fiance, wedding, and potential love re-connection are themes I'll never tire of. For a split second at the start of the investigation, I had, correctly, guessed the perp and then tossed it away when more evidence was presented and yet never circled back around to that particular person. So I felt like the redherrings/mystery bits were done well. Characters were loveable and hateable, but in a good way.
The narration was great, Sarah made each character easily distinguishable and hit each comedic arc perfectly.

Firstly, I love the covers to this series.
Secondly, If I were 15-17 years old, I likely would've devoured and enjoyed Beneath These Cursed Stars (and the previous 2 books) so much more, and rated it higher.
This is a quick and easy read, with medium stakes (to me). Most of the characters didnt feel very fleshed out, but alas, the plot must move on! Felicity was definitely my preferred POV and the most interesting. Jas was boring to me yet, obviously very pivotal to the plot.
From what I remember, most of the world building has been set up in the previous books, so necessary to read if you want a better understanding of this world. Theres also crossover characters & drama.

A very interesting and lengthy read. Admittingly, I was not prepared. It took me waaay too long to get into this tale, read, and finish it. The Sons of Mil was well written yet nothing really grabbed me plot wise and I believe thats more of a "me problem" than anything to do with the writing.
There were multiple POVs and plenty of world building and action, much of which picked up towards the last third.
Im thankful ther was glossary for Irish Gaelic names, phrases, and terms. Incredibly helpful yet I probably still butchered pronunciation. I think the audiobook would've worked better for me.

I am loving this series.
Finlay Donovan Knocks 'Em Dead is a fun sequel, just as entertaining as the first (no sophmore slump here). Finlay and Vero's bond gets a boost and some not so savory characters earn a few liability points. And the humor is still going strong.
