The first few stories are perfect examples of genuine horror short stories. They’re creepy, simple, and definitely straight to the point. The last few stories get longer and much more in depth writing wise and concept wise. They are still horror, but in a different more soul crushing sense. There’s body horror, psychological horror, supernatural horror, all of it, there’s a story for all types of horror fans.
Flaws of characters a main focus? It's complicated

This book won’t change your life, but definitely worth the read
If you’re looking for something extremely complex or different then this isn’t it. It’s a great book, easy to read, and has a unique premise, but overall nothing game changing- which I’m okay with. Sometimes you just want to read an interesting, easy to read book, with a nice ending. Aside from the fairly unique idea for the book, I really enjoyed how many different types of people were written about. My pettiest dislike is quite literally the fact that a majority of the butterflies that were used were some of the most unappealing butterflies they could have possibly picked lol.
