a sequel that absolutely did not disappoint but damn Xiran Jay wasn't kidding when they said
Wu Zetian and Qin Zheng's relationdhip is TOXIC
. I experienced physical pain while reading it and had to take a break where I stared outside the window questioning every decision I've made in my life that led me to read this. /j

The
socialist propaganda /j
is absolutely banger though. Qin Zheng's got bars for real even if by the end I
want to flush this man down the toilet because I cannot be bothered with him anymore. Even if I felt a little bad for him. Just a little bit. He knew what he did. He should have never tried to control Zetian.
Anyway Wan'er is my real queen. Need her
and Taiping
to come back please. I NEED THEIR
encounter in Club Lily
AS A SHORT STORY‼️Sapphic slice of life please I am begging

power to the labouring class ✊

Did not finish book. Stopped at 15%.
The writing bugs me. It is really repetitive and I don't particularly care for any of the characters.
