I liked their banter and the overall ideas but for me it was just too many tropes crammed into one story without introducing them properly.

To be honest, I think this book is ver hard to rate! The topics in this book is so absolutely dark that I didn’t know how I was feeling for most of it.
There were a few issues I had with some of the scenes and how things were dealt with but overall I think this is a very thought provoking story about very dark topics that shows what a mothers role in sometime like this could be.
Wasn’t a fan of the last „reveal“ though and would have appreciated a different reasoning for the way the father reacted..

I liked the idea and it hooked me from the start! However, I lost interest towards to end because Isi wanted a little more explanation about WHY this is happening.
Feedback on the audiobook: I liked the voice of the narrator’s voice but the dialog was so much louder than the regular text that I felt like the characters were shouting at each other all the time which made me not as invested in the characters as much as I would have liked.
