I found Questlove's knowledge of hip hop and its origins to be exhaustive, but unfortunately, it largely overlooked the contributions of female artists in the genre, barely scratching the surface of their impact. Furthermore, the removal of Jill Scott from The Roots' song You Got Me was merely mentioned, without further elaboration.
