I did not realize how underscored by religion this would be. But, the premise/bones that are (re)iterated, are good. I would have appreciated more research & studies being intertwined. It is clearly written with whiteness/white peoples’ habits at the foundation.

So glad s book like this exists. An important read as the adherence to the nuclear family declines, and people (women particularly) force new dynamics socially, and guidelines/coverage legally.
