As Informative as it is for entertainment. You are better off reading this if you are already submerged in the potter world.

"He was a mystery, I was excited to solve."

I actually loved this because it showed the different sides of King Clarkson and Queen Amberly. Sometimes there is more than meets, the eye, never be too quick too judge.

I also like how a different side of the selection was shown here, more about friendship and bonds than the actual competition.

“I have always thought of memories as fragments, like colored glass shards in a kaleidoscope. It is the source of great beauty in our lives, yet the cause of such heartache.”

Memories is a collection of poetry and prose, hand selected from my two previous books, Love & Misadventure and Lullabies. It also features some new writing I have completed over the last year.

~ Lang Leav

Definitely my favorite poem book from Lang Leav!! It's not only focused on love like her other poem books but more on the memories of everything happening and going on in your life. From friends, family and significant events that sometimes only you can understand. This book always seems to make me nostalgic every time I read it and I always get triggered whenever I read even one poem from this book.

Lang Leav has a specialty in creating short but very heart catching/wrenching poems and short stories. I love he style of writing in this certain book and is definitely a poem book I would recommend to all readers.

This has turned into a story that I was not expecting to read, and it is so much better.

"We dreamed together of the world remade."

. . . I have absolutely no words for this. I was hesitating giving this 4 stars because there were certain parts in the writing style that I wasn't exactly happy with. it seemed that he was avoiding writing too much detail and writing certain scenes and he was just generalizing it. this is probably the number one thing I hate with authors.

but leaving the technicalities. . . I was amazed by the world and this was definitely not something that I was expecting to encounter and read. I was blown away of how the characters were written. the plot and the world is really unique with a twist of the cliche but given that this was the first book it gave it a nice touch. I cannot get over how different I expected this book to be. I expected some kind of ordinary-girl-falls-in-love-with-an-angel type of stories but I WAS WRON. I wouldn't want to give anyone high expectations or false hope (hehe see what I did there DOSAB fans) and just keep an open ming to this book and what world it has to offer you. I will definitely continue reading this series because this is a story I simply can't stop and something that I would want to experience until the end.
