Idk man, this was a wild, dark, AND JUST NOT MY VIBE for romance lol. You have to go in knowing that this is just the style of the book, but like WOOF was it a lot of possessiveness and wild revenge.

The value this adds to the OG trilogy is a 10/10 for me. I just didn’t loooove the pacing between parts. SO impressed with how SC made Snow’s life THAT much more complicated and his decisions in THG make so much more sense heheh

I ADORED THIS BOOK but I also recognize the good and the bad LOL. I love the cast of character and how they ride for each other. I love how sensitive topics of ED, familial relationships, and obligations to who and what you love were addressed and dealt with. And I love Anastasia’s name and nicknames c:
This is also a SUPER smutty book and I can see how it can be a LOT. But you have TWO COLLEGE STUDENTS LUSTY IN LOVE. it makes sense IMO lmao
I will say it was indeed TOO DAMN LONG (14 hr audiobook!!?) and I’m gonna pretend that epilogue didn’t exist bc ew.

I did not enjoy this. I didn’t like Wyatt’s character, or Sam’s, or the fiancées for that matter I found all of these characters, extremely boring and extremely delusional. I refuse to believe that Sam doesn’t have friends that would help change her perspective or at least open up her eyes, this was just a no from me
