This is probably my favorite of the series so far. Miller has always been my favorite character in the series and he definitely stole my heart in this one. I absolutely loved it.

So let me start this off by saying I read the A Lie for a Lie series before this one because I didn’t know if was a sister series. I really liked Alex and Violet in that series and loved their interactions with the other characters. In this book I absolutely adore Alex. It’s sweet, charming, and very funny. That being said I cannot stand Violet. Where she comes across as awkward and cute in the other books in this book she is very weird and acts like a 12 yr old boy. She nicknames his dick. Calls her vagina a beaver/beave and talks about it munching on stuff. It made the books super hard to get through. And it doesn’t get any better all the way through. The only saving grace in this book is Alex.
