This was a bit slower to get into compared to book 1 and it only picked up plotwise at about 80% mark. I still enjoyed Reece being ridiculous and Evan being Evan. Their personal relationship developed in this book too—still slowburn— but it was good nonetheless. Can’t wait to see how book 3 goes. I want it like yesterday!

Oh yes starting the year on a high note!! This was so action packed and so fun I couldn’t stop reading. I loved the plot, the magical setting, the characters!!
Allie Therin really knocks it off with her plots and unique settings and could never do any wrong.
