This definitely a slow burn & i’m not a fan of slow burns. It started to get good @ 84% for me. Ngl I was talking $#!t saying I wasn’t gonna read the rest of the series but the cliffhanger and Capri chapter kinda got me a bit interested. I think i’m a bit intrigued 😂 so yeahh part 2 here I come.

Luna reminds me of so many young black girls that have to grow up before their time because of parents selfish decisions.

Stephanie 👏🏾. I was proud of her. Luna really deserved to step back and just live her life. After always sacrificing for her loved ones. She needed to be selfish for her.

The bond between Luna, Javen, French, Solar, Qamar and Tiny was so beautiful. That’s what you call holding it down.

This story was written so beautifully and it’s so relatable. It really held my attention. Honestly I’m still speechless and at a lost for words. It was so hard putting this book down. I recommend getting into this if you wanna be lost in a book.

Not a bad book for a first time author read. I really expected more tho. Sanai get back wasn’t enough. Sis was suppose to do damage. I also would’ve love to see how things played out with Yara. It wasn’t enough karma for me. Truce was everything 😍. Big BDE. Loved everything about him. I liked Sanai also. No lie I just wish this was a bit longer. It was still a good read and I will be reading the next one.
