Raheem was deep in love with Corin and vice versa but they both had something to lose. They relationship was forbidden. Raheem wanna let the world know but Corin don’t because she’s not willing to put her dream job on the line. As a black woman I get it. My second read by this author and I enjoyed this. Not a sports romance girly but when a book is good I gotta give credit where it’s due. Now my only downside is I feel like they really didn’t get a HEA and the epilogue felt a bit rushed. But overall I recommend.

Quick and straight to the point. It was 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ and definitely a erotic short. Shane and Nova had good sexual chemistry and it showed throughout the story.

Cemone have to probably be my second favorite out of the brothers. He was funny & unpredictable. He was the definition of FBoy until Yolani hit the scene. Yolani was not trying to give him any time of the day. She really ain’t like him due to mannish ways. But then he started showing her different & it was hard to resist a Compton boy. They charming asf. 

I loved their chemistry. I loved how they showed up for one another & how over protective they was for eachother. 

Now I still feel like none of these books topped Khari’s book yet but they still good & have nothing but drama & keep you interested. I also feel like ending could’ve been alil more. But overall it was still good. Can’t wait to read about Asif.

I don’t know it’s just something about a hopeless romantic man that’s a gangster that does it for me.

I loved me some Foxx. I love a man that can show emotions, express his feelings & have no remorse about it. 

Amyris. Amyris. Amyris. I don’t know how to feel about her. I feel bad about her situation I really do but it just something that held me back from connecting with her. For someone to be so guarded & shy she was really flirty with Foxx. 

Foxx & Amyris was instantly attracted to eachother when laying eyes on one another. I loved their flirty banter. I wanted to see more of  a connection between tho. 

Ivo was sick asf. I do blame his parents for his trauma because as a parent you love your child for who they are but there also comes a time in life as an adult that you have to take some type of accountability for the events in your life. You really have to want better for yourself. He was just to far gone. 

I really enjoyed this book. The suspense & drama was eating. I do wish there was a better ending like I wanted to see alil more. But overall 10/10 recommendation.

Ngl at first I was gonna DNF this book for the second time but I said let me at least give it a chance cause the girlies said this shit eats. Mannn I’m glad I followed my mind & continued to read this because this book was fye 🔥🔥. I love a book that can get mad to the point I close it & open it right back up to finish reading. 

Yakima was that girl period. I loved her personality & how blunt she was. She was so outgoing and charismatic it was really hard not to like her. When I say she had old man Frisco hooked🪝she had him hooked chile.(he’s not old just a couple of years older than her lol). She’s definitely one of my favorite FMCs.

That Frisco is just charming. He really got the JUICE. But he pissed me off how he was doing Alyce. After a while I’m like Alyce is stupid for even allowing this man to play in her face like he was cause ain’t no way i’m hard up for man for him to blantly disrespect me in private & public. 

At first I didn’t like Anthony but he grew on me. He really was a good guy that got caught up. Couldn’t stand Nema. Henry annoyed me too but he loved his daughter. 

This is a 10/10 recommend. It was really good. It was drama filled & definitely have you in your feelings. Imma have to see what Foxx is about next.

I’m not a sports romance girly but I love me a good second chance and friends to lovers story. I loved me some Krash & Bern. I loved how they loved eachother and was there for one another. I also loved how passionate they were about their careers. Krash stood on business when he said he was getting his woman back. This was a good definitely a good read.

Now I'm not a girly thats into sports romance but I would say this was a quick cute read. It was like love at first sight when Graycen laid eyes on Camille for the first time. He was not letting up off her. I loved how he spoke confidence into her and made her see her worth. Need more men like that. Camille was too cute. I hate how she always doubted herself but Graycen in her corner the doubt didn't last long. The chemistry was there and there was also some spice 

If you looking for a short cute sports romance read this would definitely be up your alley.

Nahmir and Amora was alike. Amora brothers pissed me off tho. Like I understand protecting ya sister but yall went overboard without understanding the dynamic of things. I loved how Amora opened up to Nahmir. I loved how Nahmir ain’t care to show that he was really into Amora. They was too cute. Now Nicholas wassup with you cause how you drop a bomb like that??
