I dont like men who force women into marriages by threatening their loved ones. 

For me the MC's were both too defensive. They didn't communicate or if they did, it was angrily and quite frankly, mean. They "snarled, snapped, bit out, gritted" waaaaayy too much for me. It just gave me a bad feeling because they hadn't given eachother any reason to be so quick to get overly defensive and explain everything with snarl. 

To be honest, this book (at the beginning) was sometimes a bit childish or over the top badass. Personally, I didn't mind, but some people might. But fortunately it does get better/you see why so you understand it better. Overall I just really really loved this book. It was sweet, funny, found family sweetness. It did give me wattpad vibes, but in a great way..? In normal books the characters mostly have a begin, starting of relationship, a bit of happy stuff, problem and the end. This book had a lot more happiness in it before the real problems began evolving. I loved it, I love me some happiness, but perhaps it could be a bit dragged on for some people. All in all, I'd definitely recommend it if you're just looking for a found family, protective MC's, hilarious, badass book.
