Genuinely learned a lot. Like how Chinese character for home 家depicts a pig under a roof!

How many words and characters there are for mouthfeel in chinese like 滑 嫰 爽糯 and how big of a part of eating it is. 

Mantou has a werid history - meaning  barbarian heads!!

And how vegetarian buddhist food is treated in china.
