I thoroughly was obsessed with this. I could not put it down. All of the characters were flawed, but also so dimentional. I think I need to immediately sit down and reread it because my brain has still not fully wrapped around what I read.

 Interesting, but lacking depth. This was missing Melania's 'voice'. It felt robotic and superficial. It also is definitely Trump propaganda, but no surprise there. Disappointing overall. I was hoping to learn more about Melania and get a glimpse into who she really is as a person. Instead, we get to read a list of events and responsibilities she has accomplished.

Way too dark for me. I did not realize how gruesomely thrillery this would be.

This was a very dark and gory story of a young girl coming of age being raised as a cannibal. For such an extreme plot, it was really well done. We could really see Margots struggle as she grappled with her hunger and growing remorse.
