Thank you NetGalley and Oni Press for the E-ARC!
Like most anthologies, this is a mixed bag. There were some stories I liked better than others. The brevity of each segment is both a blessing and a curse. On the one hand, if you aren't vibing with it, the ending comes quickly. On the other, there were several I wanted to be filled out just a bit more. Overall, EC's return is a great start and I hope they put out more!

I’m so glad the author decided to continue with this series. These books are delightful and I can’t wait to read the next one!

A solid listen but I agree with other reviews that this reads as being for people who already agree with the topic versus being geared towards people trying to start learning about the topic.

Every story in this book is so good! Like no joke, I was left with my jaw on the floor saying “holy sh*t” on several of them.

Problematic ideas and words aside, the format of this story may have worked when serialized but in book form leaves a lot to be desired. The more that I read Holmes, the more I realize I like the movies better.

Thank you NetGalley and Poisoned Pen Press for the E-ARC!
This book was really engaging and fun. It was cozy without feeling too saccharine as well. I liked all of the characters and their growth throughout not to mention the use of found family themes even in a book that also prominently features a familial relationship. The reveal had a poignance that I appreciated and I think others will as well. Overall, this was a good read and I hope that there are follow up books.

This is the best in the series so far. Without spoilers, I will say I really enjoyed the direction it went.
