I could have gotten into the silly premise of this book if it hadn’t been terribly written. For an author who has written multiple books about hockey, the reference to hockey having QUARTERS was ridiculous. This book doesn’t feel edited, sometimes I would think that I had accidentally skipped a few pages because it seemed like we were in a completely different scene.
