Killing Helen by Sarah Challis
4.0
Good story, easy read. Book is about THE OTHER mistress and how one woman gets involved in a relationship with a married man only to find out she is not the only mistress on the go. Moving to a small Somerset village opens her eyes to the situation and even though it's hard to realise she has to give the man up, she finds out that's the only way forward...
The Omen by David Seltzer

Not very scary...I was expecting myself hiding under the duvet, but it just didn't live up to the expectations. And I suppose that is why a lot of people prefer the movies.
P.S. I Love You by Cecelia Ahern

I loved this book. Yes it's very romantic and yes it's a heartbreaker, but love in this book is taken from a different point of view. Love from beyond the grave. The way this book is written is very clever. Most people read this in two parts and so did I. I loved the film too, but book is different and they changed quite a lot for the film so you won't be dissapointed reading the book if you've already seen the film.
My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult
5.0
I like all of Jodi's books, but this is just so good. Yes ending is shocking but then the whole subject of farmed children is. I love the way Jodi pick a very TABU subjects and speaks about it loudly - she makes people talk about things they would never have thought of before. I applaud her for that. This story of a girl that has been scientifically concieved to be the perfect donor for her already ill older sister. The twist and turns in this book are great and all charakters involved are very well pictured. This is one book everyone should read.
The Pact by Jodi Picoult

My first Jodi Picoult book - and what a story. Suicide or not? The court room drama is written with a great style and keeps you reading till the last page.
