I'll never get tired of saying how beautiful this manga is and specially this volume was very touching and heartwarming. The way the author handles sensitive topics while still maintaining the hopefulness of the story is very appreciated and I loved the addition of the 2 new characters and what they bring to the table. nomoto and kasuga are even cuter if that's possible, can't wait for them to be together like 😭

I guess, from the title, I was expecting something different; more about the bars, their history, etc. I didn't have a problem with the author adding stories about her own life but at the end, I thought "damn, I wish we had gotten more about this place" for a lot of the bars; also more on why they were actually closing. A lot of references and jokes were lost on me, mainly because I'm a Gen Z non-American lesbian, so I was pretty lost most of the time and had to google things often. Nonetheless, I still got to read about places that sound pretty awesome and that I definitely need to visit someday, and the author's writing was interesting enough to keep me reading all day.

Also, the book cover is so fucking cool.
