High 4 ⭐️ as I don’t think I can give my first proper fantasy book a 5 ⭐️

I really enjoyed this. Got pulled in from the very start and I’m moving straight on to Two Twisted Crowns!!

Not sure what I just finished reading. It wasn’t a bad book by any means just not for me I suppose. Read as I’m on a month long trip to Japan so reading Japan fiction while I’m here.

I found this such an easy book to get immersed into and although it took me a long time to sit down and read it, once I was through the first 25% I couldn’t put it down!

It spoke a lot on sensitive subjects but it was very heartwarming.
