I looooved it!

It’s engaging, hilarious, toe curling and darn adorable. I couldn’t put the book down. This book got over my reading stump.

The author does an amazing job of balancing romance, friendship and politics throughout the story. The references of pop culture, media and history… 10/10!

Also loved the exchange of love letters in a modern form via emails, social media, memes and press etc. Merged so well with the flow of the story. Just, Chef’s Kiss!

It felt so real reading this novel... the emotions, chemistry and the writing. Oh, i wished it was real!

Definitely a million rereads in the future.

Note: this review is just on the novel. I have not watched the film adaption.

I would have given it 2 stars but girl was drugged constantly. That was pissing off. Also the 1st quarter of the book… felt very rushed.

FMC is funny, smart, a bad ass bitch and successful in her own business!! Love.

I didn’t expect to have the chemistry, character development and plot to be so good and sexy in a short book. So bravo!

Definitely hooked into reading the other books this weekend!

Liked the book. It’s a great time pass!

OMG, What a story! Love this book as much as the first one. I just finished the 1st book yesterday and I became possessed to devour this one right away.

I love how well organized the plot and the world building of the series is. Very captivating! Oraya was in such an overwhelming place after the events of the previous book, and I do appreciate that those feelings and growth didn't get rushed through.

Vincent’s character into this series is just so beautiful! So many layers of feelings and emotions... even with Raihn. The conflicting emotions she felt is so real. It was written so well.

Also, what did Vincent say to Raihn? it was never revealed and i was dying to know! Will we ever know?
