This took me a while to get through but ultimately it was a captivating story about how being a captor and captive really turns relationships into something both beautiful and devastating.
I think this story showed the pain and suffering a lot of people feel, and how although choices we may make in the hopes that others can have a better life, are not always a good thing.

It was good seeing the progression of Brydie and her power, however this one was a bit more slow pace for me. I can see where future plot may come into play and I’m excited to see how it progresses. I have a feeling the next few books will be a bit more action packed!

I really enjoyed this one. It was pretty long but I didn’t find it bad. Aaron can go die but Nate is the best. Still low key mad they had a baby so soon but YOLOOOOO
