I really enjoyed this book. A.M. did an amazing job showcasing Lorin’s emotions and I’m not gonna lie I did cry at some parts because holy cow MY EMOTIONS! Kit is 10 out of 10 adorable. There’s so many parts I wanna gush about but spoilers are bad UGH! Just know there’s some pretty cool things in here that, in my opinion, make it stand out among other magic books. The journey of self discovery in this story perfectly represents The Hermit Upright perfectly. It shows the highs and lows of the journey as well.
