I was really excited for this book but unfortunately it isn't what I expected it to be. I think the blurb gave away too much of the story. I certainly would have enjoyed it more if I didn't knew that and I would have enjoyed it again when rereading because that time I'd know who they actually are.
And that's not the only reason. I expected to see more of the texting between Alex and Mink. It was hardly there and I think it was wrong if Porter to just leave Mink like that when he net Bailey. We see that Bailey does miss Alex but I'm not sure that Porter gave Mink a second thought.

I really enjoyed reading this book. It was such a light hearted and fun read. It's full of royal drama and forbidden romance. We get four perspectives including the antagonist's perspective. All I can say is that Daphne is a very very interesting character. Although the characters were stereotypical but still I found myself caring for them. And it ended in a CLIFFHANGER!!! Can't wait to get my hands on the sequel!!
