I did not enjoy this book. There are numerous plot holes characters that were unnecessary and so many unanswered questions that I could never recommend this book.

This had me locked in from the first few pages. The main character Capone is not about games and BS. He runs a tight ship and has highe expectations of those around him. He’s also a man who does not play about his women. Erin is who he’s set his sights on and he’s determined to make her his, and only his.

This was a crazy read. The twist and turns were something. It’s murder mystery who done it with a cast of characters that could all be guilty. But the actual offender is not one you’re going to guess.

I read this in one sitting. It’s books like this one by Tiffany D. Jackson that make me proud to be a reader.

Impactful story of a young woman chasing a dream of being a singer. Meeting an older musician at the height of his career, she thinks he's the answer to her prayers. She's too young to realize she's in the clutches of a predator.

Age gap: she’s 17, he’s 28 make it make sense.

Now he's dead, she's fighting charges and everyone thinks she should have known better. This is trigger warnings, so check them.

Highly recommend this book. Be ready to jump in and be angry at the MMC.

I almost DNF'd this book due to the written in verse style. However,  I am glad I kept reading. This is the story of Whimsy a teen who is deailing with depression and finds friendship and a common cause with a young man named Faerry who she meets in a mental hospital. The story covers sensitive issues, grief, and navigating overwhelming emotions. It was good, but slightly confusing due to the style of writting.
