This book is filled with short digestible essays. I would read a couple a day and then reflect on them.

I think this is the most helpful book I have ever read. I completely understand what a boundary is, the importance of them and how to sent them. She gives so many examples and scenarios. I think everybody should read this book.

This is a great book to read after a dark/sad book. Although it’s not happy it’s a lighter thriller than most, nonetheless it still had me guessing.
