A MUST READ for anyone living in the US. Private equity affects us all, in more ways than we realize.

(Color me shocked when I was reading this book and found one of my former employers was bought by a private equity company. Probably why treatment of employees careened downhill so fast and the company filed for unemployment. But I didn’t know then. I just knew I was stressed, underpaid, and needed a new job.)
