This was in no way a badly written book. Some of the writing struck me as beautiful. But this was only minimal.  Its not about this book being bad, it just didn't do it for me.

Did not finish book. Stopped at 50%.
I was listening to this as an eBooj and found the voices of the objects, and the voice of the mother too jarring. It has some interesting themes, perhaps I'd do better reading this as a physical book but it just didn't work for me.
