I normally like this authors work but I don’t know why I couldn’t get into this one.

This story starts off with Samantha working in her family own hotel on St. Patrick’s Day. Her parent along with her bestfriend’s Adrian’s parents worked really heard to build the hotel from the ground up and her and her sister take great pride in keep the hotel running. Even though Adrian sold his shares to Samantha and her sister, he still comes by when he’s not working and help out when he cans. So when Adrian should up to the hotel after his soccer game everything changes between them. The tension that’s been between them for years is finally bubbling over and it’s time for them to play a different type of game.

I’m not sure what it was but I just couldn’t connect or find it in myself to care about the characters. I think I compared them too much to the first couple she wrote about in the first novella. They just were not giving. The primal play was nice though.

This story was ok to me.

To start this off I loved the asexual rep. This was my first time reading a book with this rep in it and I loved it!!

Now for the kind of bad but really it's a me problem. I really couldn't get into this book because it is in third person and I have a hard time reading books from that perspective. I know I know, I shouldn't judge a book because of the pov it's written in but my brain was having that hardest time getting over saying the characters name repeatedly when I already knew who was talking. Also I found myself getting annoyed with Joy with how much she wanted and just had to be with Malcolm not realizing that should could and did so much better without him. I'm so glad Fox was there to help shed some light, even though he was the grumpy one, on her valuing her self worth.

This book was super cute and interesting read. I like the fated aspect of it. In the middle of the book I found myself getting a little bored and wanted the story to wrap up but over all It's a solid three star read. I saw that this will be book one in the series. I'm not sure I will be reading the second book but I'm interested to see where the author takes this work of art.

I’m so glad everyone has been shoving this series down my throat because I’m a monster babe now and I’m never leaving!! Why did I take so long to read book one!

This story starts off with Dante, an incubus, going to Creature Cafe to find his mate. The barista there is famous for matchmaking monsters with humans and Dante is ready to find his other half. Needless to say the barista works his magic and finds Dante the man of his dreams, Peter. But did Dante bite off more than he can chew with all the secrets that came with his mate?

I don’t know where I’ve been but this monster romance is for me!! I wasn’t prepare for all the love, lust, spice, action, and drama that happened in this book. Dante will have you wishing that incubus were real so you can have one for yourself. This man was down right brutal, demanding, and demented at times but the love he gave Peter in the process was too much everything Peter needed and deserved. Dante has waited ten thousand years to be with his mate, and he didn’t hold back when he got Peter into bed. And did I forget to mention that someone gets their member pierced in this book! This story was everything and more!

I came for the group play of MMF because that’s pure gold but didn’t realized how sucked up into the side plot line and the bread crumbs of the danger that coming for the Barista and his business. This series has me hooked!

So this story starts off with a dragon shifter, Dracon, having a meeting with the Barista to find love and boy does the Barista work his magic. Dracon is paired up with not only another dragon shifter, Dell, but a beautiful human woman, Kat. As soon as they meet there’s an instant attraction to not only Kat and the guys but Dracon and Dell. They can’t seem to keep their hands, and other things, off of each other. But can these three become mated souls together forever or will their insecurities and past secrets pull them apart?

I swear these stories keep getting better and better. MMF?!?!? That sh*t is my jam and this novella did not let me down. Between the rough sex, the domesticated moments, the knotting, the kinky moments, the possessive and jealous moments, to the danger lurking in the corner. This book was a spicy good time!!! And you mean to tell me dragons have knots and there are similar characteristics to an Omegaverse?!?!? Sign me up every time.

At this point, go ahead and assume that I’m going to read the rest of the series this month because I don’t know what @clioevansauthor put in these novellas but it’s crack!!! They just keep getting better and better! I’m down bad y’all!

This story starts off with a Minotaur name Rum going to the Barista to find love. All of his friends have found their mate and he’s finally ready to take the plug but the first encounter doesn’t go as plan. Penny, Trixie’s friend, is a very tall, quick at the mouth, woman who hasn’t had much luck in the dating department. She agrees to go on a blind date that her friend sets up for her but when Run walks into the coffee shop she wasn’t prepared to come face to face with a monster let alone a very handsome Minotaur. Can they get pass this first awkward encounter?

Like always, I was prepared for the hot steamy kinky sex that would happen in this book because at this point, I’m gathering that thats @clioevansauthor whole aesthetic!! But what I wasn’t prepared for was the wholesome romance and love story between Rum and Penny. Omg!! Rum is your classic hopeless romantic with a heart of gold and painting skills better than Picasso himself. And to have him willing, ready, and begging for Penny to dominate him, mind body and soul, unlocked a whole new kink I didn’t know I had!! Penny played no games and held no punches when it came to giving and receiving control. I absolutely love them two together!

So I didn’t really care for this one. The monster didn’t really appeal to me but the running plot line between all of the books in this series is heating up, and I love it!

This story starts off with Meduso who’s and old friend of the Barista and he’s in desperate need to find his mate with love not being the main priority. Noah is the complete opposite. He’s looking for love, great sex, and someone to make him not feel alone anymore.

I don’t know, but I didn’t like it. I felt like Meduso was just mean for the sake of being mean and I had a hard time believing their love story and attraction to one another. Yes the sex was ok but it didn’t do anything for me. Meduso was just ok and even though he was an old demon and very powerful, he came off as an asshole who gets off on hurting others. Also we never figure out what type of demon he was so I was very confused trying to visualize him while reading.

At this point, this is my favorite monster romance series to date!!! Yes, I know it’s my first one but I can’t imagine another series being any better than this one!

So this story starts off with Al, werewolf, and his wife Luna, werecat, meeting up with their long time good friend, Barista, to ask him for help to find their human mate to expand their pack and make their family complete. The Barista is against helping them at first because of his current issue with his ex but in the end he decides to help them. Well the issue comes into play when Quinn moves to their town and accepts a job at the cafe to not only get a fresh start but to get revenge on the creature who hurt her brother and expose the creatures to the world. Will Quinn leave her revenge behind for the love of a married couple?

All I can say is, there’s two of them!!! TWO!!!! Can you imagine all the fun you can have with two of them!!! Well this book gives you all the ideas if you ever want to try it! Al, Luna, and Quinn were so perfect together. They were loving, understanding, patient, protective, possessive, and down right horny for each other! And I ate that sh*t up!!! But can we get into all the action that happened in this book!! You will not want to put the book down because there’s so much that happens to Quinn and her past as well as little breadcrumbs about the Barista and the life he lived before the cafe! These books keep getting better and better!

It’s was an ok start to the series. It felt a little choppy and disjointed in places but I’m intrigued to see what happens next.
