Victim blaming. “Trauma does not exist” “People CHOOSE to be unhappy”.
You're lacking in the courage to be happy.

This book is an outdated bunch of b.s.

I found this book really hard to get into. At about 20% in I was bored so I quit.

Ok story. The narrator was meant to be very emotional which some might like, but I found her wildly whiney. Like listening to someone cry and scream for hours. It was too much. The story could have been cut down a little without repeats of the same "clues" throughout and would have felt a lot nicer for readers.
