Just like Twilight, it had a lot more details than what showed in the film. I enjoyed it! On to the next!

An interesting listen. I was intrigued that it was Michael C. Hall narrating this book and so I started it. An interesting book to choose to listen to during my commutes to and from work. Overall I found it okay and this was a test run if I like listening to fiction audio books. Perhaps it was the week or so I had but I felt at some points it was hard for me to focus on the plot and remembering all the characters.

I got the Twilight Saga complete collection of books for my birthday last year. I remember watching the movies when I was younger and I was so entertained by it all. There are definitely many details that aren't featured in the movie, but it was great to get those extra details! I cannot wait to continue reading these and comparing how many things aren't added in the movies. As cringey as some of the writing could be, it was so nostalgic I loved it so much. Page after page I could picture everything that was happening. What a time honestly, you just had to be there. I was a little young to be watching some of those movies, but I am glad to be able to say I was there in the theater for some of them!

Shiloh...oh my goodness. I got very frustrated with her character at several points while reading this. I am glad none of them gave up on each other even though it seemed like it was the final straw at some points. Even so, I kept reading as I wanted to know what happened between both her and Cary. I am glad I did, but wow did I feel like it was going back and forth with the same thing and she couldn't make up her mind.

I enjoyed being able to imagine where this book took place and somewhat following along with how things panned out. A cozy read for sure.

That final sentence was shocking. Other than that, I did not enjoy this book. It was a shorter book, but I still took a few days to read it to separate out all of the things I was reading.

I watched One Tree Hill about a year ago or so and I loved it. I came across her book as I was scrolling for something new to listen to on my commutes to work and I was shocked. I had no idea she was in a cult and all of the things that she experienced as she was in it. I am happy that there were still people around her that were trying to help her even if that was something she wasn't looking for at the time. There were times I was frustrated as I was listening to the book, judging her as to why she couldn't see the signs, but that kind of judgement is what keeps people so closed off. Even so, there were many moments she was right there and she was so close to uncovering everything, but to no avail. She is a talented actress and singer. I hope she's doing a lot better now with her daughter.

Did not finish book. Stopped at 11%.
I forgot I checked this book out from my library ebook app. I started to read it, but couldn't really get into it. I started reading another book and was hooked on that one. Maybe later on I will revisit it, but I am not sure that I will.
