This is hands down the most interesting series I've ever read! I LOVED it! totally recommend it. Shusterman's imagined post-mortality world and the characters in it are so captivating that I found myself slowing my reading pace a little so that I won't finish it too soon!

really enjoyed this novel, the perfect escape at times like these! I'm not familiar with Russian fairytales and folklore, this novel made me want to know more about Russia in medieval times, this is just the tip of the iceberg... looking forward to reading the final book of the series.

A must read! I enjoyed immensely... The series was exactly what I needed right now.

A breezy novel, I enjoyed reading it as it provided a calming escape from reality...it reminded me of the romantic movies I used to watch back in the 90's. Lucy, a do as she's told girl, decide's to take the fortune teller's word and take control of her life. Going against her nature she forces herself out of her comfort zone and decides to fly to London to see where this will take her. reading this novel took me away from reality for a little while and made me laugh. The family ties friendships in the book are so adorable it made my heart full. I liked the predictability of it but I felt that I needed more depth to the characters. I would recommend it for those who want fast-paced cute novel to have a break from the real world.
