What a fun, cozy read! It wasn’t boring, while not edge of your seat reading. It kept my interest the whole time and had me giggling at a few parts. I’m obsessed with how lovable the goblins became

Idk I felt like this book could’ve been so much more! The characters were a little flat/boring to me. I mean, there’s mention of incredible things Addie did and lived through - HELLO SHE WAS A SPY?? - but we don’t get to read any of the exciting bits of that! Instead we read the same thing over and over, she likes art. She wants to leave a mark through artists. Same story, different city/century. And idk I couldn’t really root for Henry and Addie, their relationship only happens because of circumstance. Would these two actually feel anything for one another if they weren’t both cursed? Doubt it. I felt like I was reading just to get to the end, and once I did I was kinda underwhelmed.
