This book is incredibly relatable for anyone that has dealt with mental health issues, or have had someone in their life go through them. I felt seen reading this book, and also like I was having a very thoughtful conversation with the author, David A. Robertson.

This isn’t so much a self-help book as it is a companion for hard times, someone saying you’re not alone, and a friend by your side (or how to be one for someone else).
