Puck Around and Find Out by Sarah Blue

Sarah Blue is one of my favorite authors. I haven't read anything yet (and I think I've read it all) that I haven't loved! Hockey omegaverse is one (two?) of my favorite tropes and I just can't get enough. This one is the third in a series, but you can definitely read it as a complete standalone without being too lost. You will miss some character crossovers and mentions, but for the most part, Sarah does a great job making the book stand on its own. You will want to go back and read the others though, just beacuse they're that good. :)

Yikes, our girl is being run through the wringer here... This one has some hard-to-read content and I'd avoid it if attempted suicide is a trigger for you. But I'm loving the Bolten crew and the
new addition(?) of Drake!? Will he stick around and officially join the Kings?!?
I must know!!

This is a quick novella to give us a little background on Drake and some Liam bonus content. I'm one of those people who forgets all the little family connections approximately as soon as I learn them, so it was a nice little refresher for a few.

While I liked the conclusion, I'm not a fan of
a book where the main couple is often apart. I understand why it had to happen for their story, but it takes away from the experience and feels like a third-act breakup in the second act, personally...

Ahhhh, so glad I read this once the duet was complete, because I couldn't stop on that cliffhanger!!

I really enjoyed the first half of Sebastian and Naomi's story... I also love how all of the Rina-verse books are interconnected with some character cameos and crossovers. It really ties the whole world together, which I love!

I mean, I enjoyed the prequel, but then I started Red Thorns and realized it was just the first few chapters of that... so more like a sample or a teaser than a prequel... which just annoys me. I'll still give it 4 stars though, as that's what Red Thorns will get also...

This book left me with a book hangover, I'm still looking for something exactly the same but different. It felt like snuggling up in a cozy chair with a blanket and an iced drink, while listening to an early fall thunderstorm... I got the same vibes as the Ravenhood series (Flock), so if you loved that book, I think you'll really enjoy this one too.

This was such a sweet and spicy hockey, pregnancy, omegaverse! I absolutely loved all of the characters and how they got to know each other. Definitely recommend Melissa’s books for lighter (but still spicy) reads that you will devour!

I’m firmly in my omegaverse era and have always been a fan of the pregnancy trope. When I saw this would be both, I knew it was for me! I flew through this one and loved everything about it. I also loved that we got a little bit of an intro to the MFC in another series… I’m always a fan of interconnected series by authors! Highly recommend if you love a sweet and spicy OV!

I really enjoyed this prequel and the introduction to the RK world. I have been wanting to read all of the newer ones for a while, but I'm a completionist and needed to know the background of literally every character in the 'verse... So I finally picked up the omnibus SE of the Royal Elite and got started!

I enjoyed the bit of mystery/suspense elements in this one, especially in the second half. And I both love and hate that it was only a standalone instead of a duet. Loved it because we got the answers quickly and nothing felt like it was just dragging on endlessly. Hated it because it did feel a little like a fast-track for the start of the relationship. And I'm actually not sure exactly what the full timeline was...

But I jumped right into Royal Elite and kept going with Aiden's story immediately. So it has me hooked!
