This was beautifully written, I loved every aspect this book explored. I have no words other than this book deserves more attention (and a tv show adaptation and a second book Claire Legrand I beg of you make this happen)

It was too slow, we were involved in too many characters. I could see why people would absolutely eat this up, but it was just not for me. (I need to learn how to DNF a book)

A whole lot of politics (and random names) and the actual story (mentioned on the back of the book) on the side. It was confusing but entertaining (but clearly not enough, hence the rating).
