This book was written for you to read and not understand or maybe that was just me, it was interesting but very confusing. As a reader you’re left in the dark most of the time (until the last page) and it’s up to you to figure out what’s happening.

If you don’t like being confused and lost this book isn’t for you.

This felt like a different series written by a different author. I don’t even know if I can call this a romantsy, it’s just another romance book filled with unnecessary back and forth between Paedyn and Kai just to advertise it as “enemies to lovers” completely lacking in any fantasy elements.

It’s like the author took out EVERYTHING good in the first book when she wrote this one. I’m so pissed, I wanted to like this book so much but I would have dnfed it if I wasn’t buddy reading it with my friend.

Anyways, the writing was bad, the characters were weak and lacking in so many aspects, I wish it wasn’t rushed, I would have gladly waited 3 more months for more editing and rewriting.
