I was so excited to be given an ARC copy of this book. This book was amazing! I loved the first one so reading the 2nd one I was not sure how I would feel and while it didn't grip me quite as quickly as the first one it did stand its own in this series. This book was a mix of relatable characters unending adventure, ups and downs and just left me hanging on until the very end. I can not wait to get my hands on the 3rd book I continue to fall more and more in love with each of these characters.

I loved this book first and for most I'm gonna say that. However I do feel like the enemies to lovers portion could have been drawn out a little bit and personally if they were going to make her remember her past life they could have also hinted at her gaining some of the powers she lost. I can not wait to read the next book in this series and see where the progress takes us.

I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily. This book I just it was everything I needed in a book and more. It gave me all the grumpy touch her and die vibes with just the right amount of teasing and bickering and found family and self discovery I loved it.

I did receive an advance copy of this book to review and these are my honest thoughts.
In short this book was amazing. The world building was perfectly mixed with just the right amount of suspense and wonder that had me sucked in from the very beginning. It gave me a fresh perspective of Fae life and witches without being the same been there done that format and outcomes. The story flowed evenly and smoothly without a single drawn out gap filler it was just phenomenal. I will buy the hard cover addition of this book for my collection and have definitely already pre-ordered the second one. I am anxious to jump back into this world again and see what exciting rides it has for us.

I was lucky enough to receive an ARC copy of this book and I liked it. I think it made for a perfect start to a series and M.K Lorber did an amazing job of setting up the world and characters without over explaining everything. I loved the character developments and was like sitting around with a good friend while reading it was a wonderful experience and I am excited for the next book
