This felt a lot more like reading the CliffsNotes for this series.

Excellent descriptions of the characters, bloodlines, and scenery, however little to no new information or story to be had.

If you are looking for a reference guide to the series this is perfect, however if you are looking for a continuation of the storyline perhaps we will have to wait for the next book.
