LOVED! so creepy and claustrophobic. If the lights ever go out while I'm in an IKEA I will absolutely lose my mind. Highly recommend the physical book if you're able so you get the catalog experience  top tier 🤌🏻

I am a huge fan of John Marrs books. However, this one is my least favorite of all of them so far. As always, this book has Easter eggs from others he has written. It definitely has that dystopian touch that I loved.

I am not often a true crime reader, this was so intense. I definitely had to take some breaks. It was very dark (expected). Very well done. If you enjoy true crime, you'll love this.

I was warned about the triggers in this book. I GET IT NOW 😳 take it seriously. Aside, this story felt so real. I was INVOLVED. These characters were so realized in my mind by the time I reached the end. Some of the language caught me off guard (part of the triggers), didn't love that.

Not my favorite thriller. Felt like it relied on a lot of stereotypical tropes. Not the worst thriller I've read for sure. The twists were not at all surprising or exciting for me in the end.

I thought I knew what to expect. This gave so much more. Secret government agencies, conspiracy, and dark powers that make people murderous. It was so much more intense than I thought it would be. Definitely reading the next book.

For the first part of this book I was on the fence with whether I would like it. I ended up loving it. Tremblay has a writing style that creeps up on you. Teen slasher movie, screenplay style writing, and everything you'd expect from a slow burn Tremblay horror.

Felt slow to start and the end hit me like a truck. I loved her book Wrong Place Wrong Time, and I liked this one just as much. My head was SPINNING with that plot at the end 🫨 twas a good time

I enjoyed this overall. However, the audio had some editing issues that made me think I was losing it a couple times 👀 also, if you are going to talk about Pocahontas, know her real name (Amonute/Matoaka). It felt a little dry is some parts. I did love finding out that almost every major park was a burial ground beforehand 🤯 worth it overall

I was excited for the premise on this one. An online reality show gone wrong. Revenge plot 👀 it was a bit predictable though, and not very inventive. Still a fun time though for a weekend thriller.
