I really liked the first 65% of this one. I did not care for the ending. BUT I loved Olive!! I have never related to an FMC more. The overthinking, the second guessing, and just everything about her inner monologue felt like I was reading a book about me.

Liked it but I think the characters could have been expanded in more. I’m not a fan of the 10 years between getting together but it just felt unfinished.

This was such a sweet story about how you truly never know what will happen next in life.
I struggled a little bit with the choppy writing.

I really have no words to describe this book. Just wow. Kristin Hannah does an amazing job showing the difference women make in world events and showing the emotion during times of war and struggle. Absolutely loved this read once I got into it.

This was so good!! I laughed out loud so many times during this read. The way humor was brought in made some of the more gruesome scenes funny even. A cozy, low-stakes fantasy! Great for a gloomy day.
