I hate the third person writing but once I got into the story I didn't notice quite as much. Really didn't connect to the characters though, probably because of the impersonal third person writing🤷‍♀️

just a heads up, this is gory and very violent (more than the typical YA thriller imo)

I don't think we know what we're made of until the worst moment possible happens. Then we must decide who we truly are and what is most important to us. I think we're often surprised by what we become.

Sorry but this was kinda mid🙃
But the writing? Perfection

I finished this a couple days ago but apparently forgot to update storygraph😂

Anyways, this book was the best but it was also heartbreaking, so I'll definitely NEVER get over it.

"When you do, I want you to remember that it wouldn't have made any difference to me. It's never made any difference to me when it came to you. I'd still pick you. I'd always pick you. "

Don't mind me sobbing over here😭😭😭😭

This was so good and I really loved Chaol and Nehemia❤️
And I did not hate Celaena like I've heard most people do at the start of the series!

I loved Charlie and Glasses a lot but I definitely dislike Emily- for many reasons
