The Priory of the Orange Tree by Samantha Shannon
4.0
Contains spoilers be aware!
I love the book, nothing to complain about, the world building is beautiful, alto at times it was slow even if its says its medium-pace. I hate hate Ross, I would kill him if I can, and would.
Nayimathun is my favrioute Dragon.
Oddly enough I also loved Kalyba the most out of all the characters, a lot there are a few I loved like Tane, Edaz and Queen Sabran and probably many more in the list.
Note - I had forgotten how many times I mentally screamed at this book when Niclays appear, and the many times I just wanted to kill him off, but somehow he always slithered away like a snake.
Towards the end I had felt the fight or the death of the Nameless One quite boring. Like the moment was suppose to be this huge thing, like they are going to kill the Nameless One omg!. But all I saw was like two pearls boom power, wrap him in a pretty little bow and into the abyss, dead and boom problem solved.
Also I rather think, that the last few chapter or some of them were a tiny bit dragging and a bit pointless, but informative nonetheless.
Oddly enough I would not make this book as my favrioute read, sure it was fun to read it and such but at times it dragged to many times, that almost put me in a reading slump a few times, and put it down for a few days only to pick it up, so I will defiantly, not give this book a 5 stars, it is more likely a 4.2 starts in my option and almost a 3.5 stars.
I almost might give a go to other books that are by Samantha Shannon, and see what other fun adventures there are to explore.
What did I feel when I finished the book?
- My tought were, fucking finally I am done with this fucking book.
- I did not like the ending, or more like the last few chapters of the book.
- Over all I feel satisfied that I finished this mammoth of a book, loved the writing.

The Death of Jane Lawrence by Caitlin Starling

I had almost gave it a 3 star, but i had settled on a 4.
Cuase it had good writing, and some descriptive things within it. And I loved the insanity of the book itself. Which in turn made me spiral with it aswell.
Yet there were times were I read and had to take a double take, becouse I thought that some pages were absolutely bonkers. But apparently all I saw was madness spiraling.
That is all. Unless I edit this review again.

I saw the book going around on Tiktok and I put it in my wish-list and bought it afterwords, and well the hype for the book is worth it. Tiktok once again did not disappoint me with nothing so far.
The main female character Rea is my favorite, the Gothic type look with the glasses and had a love for the paranormal loved it <3
The main male character Leon - hot damn, he knows how to use his wicked tounge.
that is all.

'The trees have to be tied down. When the Woodsmen came, they always try to run.'
Already beginning with the mystery in the story and a good opening line. Okey I dig it.

For the Wolf by Hannah Whitten

This contains spoiler. My reviews are what I my brain would be thinking at that moment. Then I would simply write them down here. For my and other people enjoyment.
Already loving the way I started with the first pages and the first quote I marked on the book itself. The first chapter or the page does really begin strong and very promising.
Also the names that are being mentioned are so unique, makes me wonder where Hannah Whitten found them or simply made up atop of her head.
Page 3 - "once you go to him. It's over. He won't let you back out. You can never leave the forest again, not like....not like last time." - Gurrrl what do you mean by this?!?!? This is a hint of mystery or does it mean
