The premise of this book - being able to see into people's minds - sounded good but the continual misandry throughout the story spoilt it for me. Not all men are evil and not all women are good.

Four couples with different reasons for moving become linked in the housing chain.
The story took me a little time to get into because there were so many characters, but once I had got my head around who was who I zipped through this book.
This was an enjoyable story about the lives of the house buyers/sellers and how their ideas for the future panned out.

A quirky humorous, thought-provoking story about life after death: atoning for past mistakes and recognising and accepting ourselves - and others - for who we are.
Dragged a bit in the middle but , on the whole, an enjoyable read.

When Millie goes to work for Douglas Garrick and his wife she very quickly realises that something is very wrong and decides to find out what is going on.
A solid thriller with plenty of twists and turns to keep the interest.

This one, the 12th book in the Dr Ruth Galloway series, was a very slow burn. It concentrated more on the complexity of the relationships of the regular characters rather than the discovery of the bones of three women. The pace only picked up in the last few chapters of the book, which was disappointing.

When Heather is released on parole from prison, after being framed for the murder of her husband, she is determined to find out who was responsible and get justice for herself and her sons(who she has not been allowed to see).
A very enjoyable fast-paced rollercoaster of a read.

Slow to get going but on the whole a good murder mystery with plenty of twists and turns.
