First 8 or 9 were quite good, and read with the hindsight of 5 years, some of the futuristic assumptions seem to hold. Some more editing would have done this book even more enticing.

I read the Finnish translation. A very different book, but it quite nicely points out how difficult it is to even imagine things beyond our perceived reality, even less to accept them as reality.

I read the Finnish translation, which was unfortunately not good. Also, this book is more of a look into the political history told from a viewpoint of Merkel. The lack of first hand sources harms the book, and I failed to understand why the author was included in the narration. There was nothing much to learn about Merkel, apart from the awfully often repeated fact that she has a sicentific education.
