3 stars but not because of the story but because of JKR.
I really love GoF! It’s adventurous and i like that it’s a bit different from the other books because we have the triwizard tournament which i think is a good concept for a childrens book. We get to see rivalry, but also friendship. We know about the upcoming events, but they are still interesting and exciting. And of course we have loveable characters. But eventhough i love this book it’s also one of the more problematic ones, due to JKR also being problematic herself. It is fatphobic (humiliating descriptions of Dudley and Vernon), misogynistic (fleur being described as soem sort of stereotypical annoying girl), transphobic (it is implied that rita skeeta is a transwoman but the descriptions of her are “manly” and always with a hint of digust, which is disgusting), and of course the big point in the book which is the house elves. Who in their right mind thinks it is a good idea to write a childrens book that glorifies slavery and makes people who stand up against it look insufferable. Why do the house elves want to be slaves and treated like shit? This perpetuates the idea that slavery isn’t that bad at all and that enslaved people don’t have it that bad. Absolutely disgusting.

Der Report der Magd by Margaret Atwood
This book put me into a massive reading slump. After I got out of it I tried reading it again, but I really couldn’t.
