I got this as a gift and didn't know it existed before that! It was a very cute art style, and didn't convey much in the way of plot (and had almost no dialogue), so it was a very quick read. I'd definitely recommend it for fans just to enjoy the art, but as a story I didn't feel I got much out of it.

This was wild and I could definitely see how someone struggling with anxiety and other mental illness could get thrown by a "well-intentioned" AI that suggested scary things that fit in with their existing fears. I liked that there were queer characters (FMC has previous female partners and a crush on a new female friend) and I thought the mental illness portrayal felt realistic. Overall it was fast-paced and kept me interested the whole time.

This was absolutely adorable! I loved the queer chaos situation, and the requirements they had to meet to join the Gaybutantes. I thought the love interest(s) was pretty obvious, but it didn’t detract from the overall vibe. The friendship drama subplot wasn’t something I enjoyed, personally. Overall, I thought it was a fun, easy read, perfect for summer.

I love an enemies to lovers, so that made me immediately more excited for this installment of a series I am already enjoying. I think some things were very obvious, but is tropey or obvious bad when reading something like this? I don’t really think so. It definitely was a fun quick read. I can’t wait to read more of the series and will definitely come back to reread this one.

A fun adventure with an autistic changeling, her human sister, and some new associates as they take on a heist. I feel like we don’t get to see as much diversity in fantasy as we do in other genres, so I loved that this had good autistic rep within that framework.

I love the idea of a changeling and their “twin” being raised together because their mom was not about to give up either of “her” babies. The girls had such a good relationship and strong sibling bonds is something else I really enjoy.

We have a kind of enemies to lovers that is one of my favorite tropes for romance, given a fresh feel with Seelie’s perspective as narrator.

This was very entertaining and I didn’t realize going in it was a duology- I can’t wait to see more of it. The end definitely lets you know that more should be coming! The world was very fun.
Great for fans of the Oddmire looking for something more grown up, those who love a fantastical treasure hunt with a group of misfits, and anyone who is looking for more neurodiverse rep.
