I'm glad this was the first book I've read after getting back into reading. I went in blind and got pleasantly surprised, especially by the final chapters. The concepts presented in the book gave me lots of stuff to reflect about, and I can see why this book is so highly regarded.
Also, I was speechless once I found out that Big Brother was named after this book's Big Brother. @_@

will come back to it later. currently, i don't feel comfortable enough to set purposes, goals and objectives in my life.

a good read i guess, but I have to be honest — most of the wording used in the book made the reading slightly difficult for me to concentrate and I had to reread lines waaay too much.

I'll definitely check out this book's tips again whenever I'm stressing myself out in any aspect of my life.

Although helpful for business owners and higher-ups, as a team leader searching for people management books, it contains more business-oriented reflections than people management topics. I've noticed an excessive use of words to convey something that could've been conveyed in a few pages instead of multiple chapters.
