Would love to love any of the classic sci-fis from this era if only they didn’t objectify women in the most sexist way. Literally the whole rest of the book didn’t suck, but one of the main characters was only created to suck????? No, my guy, just no.

What. Just. Happened. I was so down with the plot and then he threw it out the window. I wasted 36 hours waiting to see where he was going, and, ugh, I should have quit after the first few. So sad.

Good world building. Kinda wanted to explore the characters more, and it was a let down to not see them in the next books.
